Being in my 70's lets me look back to where few business or homes had ac. I also live near steel mills where the descriptions above were a daily, summer occurance.. You people knocking Amazon don't have a clue what is or isn't good business practices when the weather affects an operation that needs to service customers.

Those with a Libertarian bent should be ashamed of this article.
