Just need to do some more engineering. It's a lot like the most plants. If you watch How its Made for example you see the variety of machines that exist, and more will come as labor gets more expensive. This is of course bad news for the uneducated, as the repetitive jobs will continue to go away. Today the picker is guided by a computer that tells the picker where to go next down to the shelf level. Its not much of a stretch to see at least all the goods appear in a bin and then a human pack the box.
