I have never or heard of a case where one individual is targeted, like Mr. Salinas. The District Attorney has in fact issued 3 arrest warrants on Mr. Salinas. I feel that she should have conducted an investigation to the fullest and then issued an arrest warrant with ALL charges against Mr. Salinas. The District Attorney does not want to hand over any evidence to Mr. Spencer, and has violated Mr. Salinas privacy by releasing his social security, DOB, address to the media. The media then released it to the public and all his personal information is out there.
