Actually the government may have given them a favor on the LNG terminal

The original plan applied for was for an import terminal in OR. Of course a natural gas import terminal would be an absolute loss today. They say they have applied to change to an export terminal as result of the shale gas boom. But one wonders if Or is the best place for that given the pipeline network, as the nearest gas is in MT.
