Obama has no time to actually govern. The time he spends giving speeches and preparing speeches, traveling and preparing to travel, greeting and signing, sleeping and eating, preening and dressing, and being with his family,and playing basketball and watching basketball totally consume his day. 24 hours is all we get, poor man or king.
