A long way of confirming that Judge Bork as a Yale Law School Professor DID assert that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was just as bad as government enforced segregation. A position that Bork now admits was incorrect. Comparing it to editorials in the Times from the 19th century is as stupid as blaming Angela Merkel for the holocaust.
