I am classified as disabled. I work as a custodian at a store. I may not be fully independent, yet. However, with my current employer providing accommodation I am closer to independence. The current work will allow me to earn the money I will need for the degrees that will qualify me for the work that will not need to provide me with accommodation. If it were not for the current employment with accommodation, I could not imagine the opportunity to work toward independence.

I would like to thank Profesoer David Autor and Future of Capitalism for the suggestions mentioned in the article.
