Who should pay penalties?

Persons such as the above commenter should pay a penalty for such anti-intellectual behavior (as long as we're on his mistaken premise that "penalties" should be assessed.) Climate change (which has in fact been happening for about 5 billion years or so since the start of Earth) is not a problem. Global warmists such as Ben need to examine the science, and consider the many climate specialists who provide abundant data that the environmental crusade for "climate change" is plain wrong and is pseudo-science.
