Manipulation by Wall Street and the ups and downs of a real estate cycle. History shows it always to be between 8 and 10 years for a price correction as there is in the stock market of a market correction. This time the manipulators let the pendulum swing a little too far and not quite sure of what mechanisms need to be employed so they can plan for the next price correction.
