First, let's remember that the Chief Justice used the analogy of an "umpire" in his role on the Supreme Court.

However, in this case he has ruled that what was clearly a foul ball, is a grandslam home run!

Some umpire.

In addition, let's not forget what activist justices do - they rewrite legislation. In this case the term/word "tax" is inserted in the law, despite the fact that it does not appear in the more than 2,000 page document.

Is there a better definition of "activist"?
