It is about time that we begin to narrow the ever widening chasm between the wealthiest ten percent, and the rest of the country. The tax on unearned income is the a great vehicle for achieving near universal coverage. Our county will be more just, and the American Dream more alive after the vote on Sunday when healthcare passes.

Not to mention, this will do wonders for the Democrats in the midterms, turning a sure landslide into a mild loss.
