Isn't it true that anyone on Disability benefits for a period of 24 months AUTOMATICALLY qualifies and is enrolled in Medicare, regardless of age (and perhaps regardless of any other possible requirements)?

If so, that means anyone interested in gaming the system is on the dole for the rest of his/her life - forever.
