ABC News' Jake Tapper interviewed Obama on November 9, 2009 and they had this exchange:

TAPPER: "One of the concerns about health care and how you pay for it -- one third of the funding comes from cuts to Medicare."

OBAMA: "Right"

So, Mr. Stoll, how exactly is Romney committing 'mediscare' when even Obama's own words acknowledged that Romney is correct? The video is at Tapper's page on the ABC news website.
