The red states are takers

What is funny about all this is that the red states get a lot more in services from DC than the blue states. If the country split red blue, I think the blue states would be Germany (strong social safety net, regulations etc) and the red states would be brazil (wealthy flying over violent slums in their helicopters). Brazil is growing fast, but I wouldn't want to live there at all, even if I did pay a lower tax rate.
