One piece is commissions on Health Insurance Policies

One group that is greatly upset are the insurance agents who are in the process of following the travel agent into the dust bin of history. They are being disintermediated out of existance, with the internet taking their place. Perhaps a model where they become paid advisors for the person seeking the insurance might work. Consider that this is happening in the Auto space (see ads on TV). But typically the fairly large commissions would go away with the exchanges and the effort to find a policy might be done by a report produced by a computer. It is one way to reduce costs.
