Good observation re franchises

Subway is really the big dog in franchising lately... including excellent performance in repaying SBA loans. I'd be interested to see the stats, but I'm betting that the vast majority of Subway shops have maximized open hours as much as they could over the last several days, given constraints.

As opposed to the NYC Subway... sorry, couldn't resist!
