Allow Alaskan Nat gas to be exported since the pipelines to the lower 48 are hopelessly uneconomic now, although one might put a clause that also includes exports to reduce the high price of power in Hawaii (35 cents/kwh) since its all oil based now. See how that goes, for a few years and then let the issue be re-looked at.
