I read somewhere (forgot where) that the repayment was 10% of DISCRETIONARY income, and then total forgiveness after 20 years. So, how is discretionary income calculated, and how hard is it to ensure that you have very little, even if you have a high paying job.
The whole thing is designed to force total dependence upon the government.
