NO, emphatically, it is not clear how this bit of trivia about an NPR host is worthy of this site. Perhaps you did not know it, but Mr. Stoll's previous web site was called Smarter Times and it was absolutely fantastic. He held the NY Times feet to the fire day after day with hard hitting analyses of their wack job uber liber empty headed editorials and tilted so-called news stories. Thus, I had high expectations for this site, but, alas, it seems he's letting it slip by, with his attention apparently elsewhere. There are many many many worthwhile events every day in the economic realm worth blogging about, and if you doubt that, just read the fantastic ZeroHedge site for a few days.
