That it is individuals that change the world, not companies. Think of all the founders of auto companies, but only Henry Ford and William Durant succeded big time in the US long term. (Durant did however loose it all and Alfred P Sloan build the lasting company). Or think of Theodore Vail who built AT&T. Their leadership skills insipire those under them to excel.
