I moved--with my business--from Westchester to Stamford in 1976 to avoid the NYS income tax. Alas, Connecticut instituted an income tax some years later, but that's not my point. Which is: it does not take a Paulson to vote with one's feet. It happens daily. New York is a sinking ship. Pension costs alone will bankrupt it before long. Why wait?
