Do you have any information or knowledge that Yale continued to hold a position in Suntech until the summer of 2011? Because assuming that Yale would not tout that it bought Suntech before November 2008, that report of performance as of June 2009 could very well have been a report that Yale made up to 300% on its investment, and Yale would have maintained that benefit through 2009; further, if Yale bought at less than $10/share, it would have not lost anything by holding the shares until 2011. Also, do you have any information to suggest that Yale's investment in Suntech undermined its ability to pay for financial aid and for important faculty research into multiculturalism?
