Thank you! I've been irritated for a couple of years about the ugly green trash can covers in our neighborhood sporting the lettering "Paid for by Scott Stringer". Excuse me? WHO paid for that?

The shocking part of this is that these council members really don't see a problem with that message. To a taxpayer it's obviously wrong. To them, apparently, only natural.

Their discretionary funds, their gift to us.
