Rob, the article talks directly about bitcoin, but also mentions other electronic currency and does mention Amazon specifically. Maybe Amazon will be an unintended consequence of an otherwise good policy? I don't know.

Coin-cidently (like that pun?), I just saw this story about a guy in Canada selling his house for $5,521 bitcoins. lol
