Having just read both Animal Farm and 1984 for the first time, I couldn't agree with you more that the word, "Compliance" is Orwellian. But then, all that Obama seeks to accomplish is Orwellian. If he has his way, all our medical records will be out there any year now, for all to read --- every last blood, urine and fecal matter test.
