If Obama REALLY wanted to provide free preschool, he would tax alcohol or guns..... but heaven forbid he upsets any majority group, so he chooses to further punish a minority group. If he just taxed the alcohol consumed by the bunch of drunk politicians in Washinton DC, a lot more things than just preschools could be free in the U.S.
