After Arlington, Texas used eminent domain to force out home owners so that Jerry Jones could build the Jerrydome aka Cowboy Stadium and charge $50 to park and $100 for a ticket to stand in a bar in the stadium but not see the game on the field, I am it surprised by any exercise of that power.
