Does the government keep records of UPS/Fed Ex packages? Or USPS overnight letters? With the USPS you can use stamps which leave no record. And if you use a fake return address, or none they won't know where it was sent from. I guess that historically if the government wanted to it could have tracked letter mail metadata just like they are now doing with phone. Or is it that the USPS gives more privacy, if you are not in a big hurry.
