If the Tea Party stands for smaller government, isn't this an opportunity to bring that about? They want a smaller HUD? Fund it at 10% of current levels. The EPA? Same thing.

This reminds me of the sequester when all you heard were stories about how dangerous it was. Baloney. Washington looks desperate to have the sequestered funds retored. And now it looks as if they may start panicking as they realize the trap, however inadvertant it may have been, into which they have fallen.
