The Pope may have compassion for the poor but his ideas are guaranteed to increase poverty rather than diminish it. The Pope should take a closer look at history and should really become more aquainted with where the poor have received the most opportunity and help. His comments sound more like a communist party activist than a man of the cloth. Even down to the concept of a "Manifesto." A favorite word of all of the do-gooders that have made this world more miserable because of their deeds...
