Privatizing should be the reform

If by reforming the concept of privatizing is accepted, then I agree. To me privatizing is key to increasing competition in these areas - health and retirement - that will bring more benefits to the citizens. Now, privatizing does not mean that the government may eschew all responsibilities; on the contrary, I favor government voucher systems that help those in need get adequate retirement and health benefits through the private sector.
