Startups not the issue

Even without any startups, additional workers more than pay for themselves: that's why they're hired!

If the worker consumes no more than he produces, and the employer profits from hiring him, everyone gains by his employment.

And it makes no difference what country the man lives in. When an American who was unemployed gets a job (in private business, where profit is made), he adds to total output.

What the Keynesians forget is that a job is productive work, and it more than pays for itself.
