A regulatory push conducted in the name of protecting poor students from excess student debt has succeeded in that effort. It's almost enough to make one suspect that the motive for Mr. Graham's complaint isn't that poor students aren't being served but that his own wealth hasn't kept up with friends and neighbors. Or maybe not. An objective report rather another self-serving talk might be useful.
