Given the quality of voice recognition software you find on many 800 numbers imagine if they still have voice orders but us a machine, or move the order taker to India.
Anyway with the various state level minimum wages we have a nice experiment in the labs of democracy to see what happens. Does unemployment increase relatively in the states with higher minimums? Since some states have higher minimums for a couple of years the data should be available to answer the question one way or the other if someone did the research unbiased by their point of view.
