There cannot be successful monopolies without politicians making them "legitimate"...and, this is just one more case. Why should anyone desiring to buy a car, in any state, be forced to buy it from a state sanctioned "dealer"? If there's a good reason, why doesn't it apply to book, clothing, music and everything else people buy on-line these days?
