At that rate it's clear the Kiosk makes sense, Now of course all they are really doing is turning the ordering machine around, and adding a coin and bill changer. But with multiple ones you avoid an issue where someone gets to the order taker and takes a while making up their mind what they want, making the rest of the line wait.
