If you have a smart phone, you can get the stores app, and place your order so that it is ready for pickup when you arrive: Pizza places do this already. Now its then easy to add an option to the app to use a credit card to pay for it, perhaps you pay as you enter the store.

Now sit down restaurants may not go for this as they lose the opportunity to upsell. (as indeed the fast food places will : for example no more do you want that with cheese, do you want a drink...
