I believe in free-market solutions almost as strongly as I believe in abiding scientific principles such as relativity.

The implicaton is that his experience was a consequnece of the free market. A little introspection ought to tell him that nothing could be further from the truth. Our present-day medical and insurance systems are so heavily regulated they could be considered arms of the government.

As Ayn Rand wrote:
