There is a LOT of stuff to do! It would be great to have a law saying "Sarbanes-Oxley is hereby repealed." Or "Dodd-Frank is hereby repealed". Or "the SEC and the insider tradiing laws are hereby repealed in their entirety." Perhaps these simple laws are naive and mostly politically impossible, but they are what a true do-nothing Congress should do. Note: Comments are moderated by the editor and are subject to editing.
