Dr. Epstein is an excellent true liberal (as in classical liberal), but even he leans too much towards the mixed economy that is so damaging to America. The right answer regarding net neutrality is an absolute NO. It is not an issue of "if" some specific abuse arises, since if some "abuse" occurs in the free market, then the abuser eventually gets destroyed by the market. Free people do not pay for abuse, unless it isn't really abuse, only "abuse" as defined by some government seeking power. In a free market, companies who abuse, lose. No need for Dr. Epstein to posit some potential "need" for government regulation because of some potential abuse.
