Elite law schools and newspapersReader comment on: Questions of the Day Submitted by Walter Olson (United States), Dec 12, 2014 22:03 Prof. Jonathan Macey of Yale Law School is out in the WSJ with a pretty strong article denouncing the prosecution, and while I don't know whether he chose to comment while it was in progress, I believe he has been outspoken about the issues at stake generally (as has Stephen Bainbridge of UCLA, a top-dozen if not top-six school).
