Institutional traits?

Individuals that spend time at MIT especially and espcially the economists and finance types have identifiable common traits: avid central planners, consolidators of state power, and skilled and apparent believers in using coercion and sometimes mass deception to further their goals. Many are central bankers. Perhaps the courses at MIT and Harvard are what shape these men and women.
