Top marginal rate for a Californian is 52.9% not 51.9%

The top marginal rate in CA is 52.9 not 51.9. You forgot the "meathead" tax (a/k/a the "Rob Reiner Mental Health Tax") for those unfortunate enough to earn over $1MM.
