The Flat Tax Proposal is just another attempt by the Rich to further lighten their load of responsibility. Experts say that a Flat Tax will no where near - - support the Government; which, is the real Agenda. Reagan called it, "Starving the Beast." Did he mean the sick & needy? Or, inequality for Women, Blacks, Hispanics, Gays; and the crippled? Maybe, Universal Health Care; which rest of Developed World views as a Universal Human Right. Flat Tax is a highly partisan idea that will go nowhere; in my opinion.
