A chance to ally with Solar City

Given that the average charge in Haiti for electricty is $.34/kwh (similar to Hawaii) it would seem that solar is the way to go. Rooftop solar makes a go at that price. One might put the solar on rooftops and install a central battery for a village and just avoid getting involve with the national grid. (which is a disaster).
