This is a brilliant idea, first, and second, it is very, very true that it will be a missed opportunity.

The point has to be made that if the police department and city government in Ferguson was White dominated, that is not the case in Baltimore, but the idea should not stop there, with the emphasis being on all of the decrepit, decaying, dying, big cities being dominated by Democrat machines for the last century or so. DAMMIT!!!
