The bus company was running unsafe buses, They lost their space at the Boston terminal due to the shutdown and can't get it back. Don't blame the feds for the state regulator. Running an unsafe bus line does cost society money. It appears that a number of bus companies were cutting corners due to the low fares on safety. The buses in question had cracked frames. I am surprised the companies' insurance carrier let them operate in that condition also.
