Bill of rights?

I am not sure bankers would really count as unpopular minorities. Unpopular, yes, but minorities? I think the bill of rights is meant to protect those without power, who are often minorities. But looked at this way, everyone is a minority of some sort. Blue eyed people are a minority. left handers. White men. I agree that papers are too quick to grant anonymity when it really isn't needed, but you go too far in defending the bankers. They will be just fine - they already made an absurd amount of money, I will not shed a tear for them.
