Well, dumb it is, but much worse (and the big reason it's dumb!) is that whatever $49,000 was worth to the Brewers and $20,000 to the Jets has been more than lost to the surely terribly negative PR associated with charging our military for simple displays of patriotism. Knuckleheads.

And of course the nudnicks in the military who paid that money should feel ashamed too.

Oy.
