I found the Cato event highly educational, but I would characterize it as a debate, not a talk. Judge Kozinski was ably opposed by another Reagan appointee, Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III. To my mind the most important issue raised was whether prosecutors ought to continue to enjoy absolute immunity for their official actions.
